To ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for all our clients, we have implemented the following policy for all our treatments:
1. Deposit Requirement
• All appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied towards the total cost of your treatment. You will receive a text message shortly after your booking request for a deposit.
2. Final Payment
• The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Or in cash on the day if agreed beforehand.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
4. No-Show Policy
• In the event of a no-show, the full payment is non-refundable.
5. Late Payments
• Failure to complete the final payment 48 hours before the appointment may result in cancellation of your booking, with the deposit forfeited.
